Pump JET-AH

The injection pump uses water as the working fluid, generating a high velocity injection through the nozzle. This process creates a vacuum around the nozzle that facilitates the suction and transport of the fluid, whether it is gas, liquid or a solid air-liquid mixture. When the self-priming injection pump is started, the rotation of the impeller causes a complete mixing of air and water from the suction pipe, which is then discharged into the air-water separation chamber. The gas accumulated in the upper part of this chamber is expelled, while the liquid in the lower part returns to the impeller to mix again with the gas from the suction pipe. This cycle is maintained until all the gas present in the pump and in the suction pipe is eliminated, thus completing the self-priming process.

  • Body built in resistant cast iron.
  • Impeller made of PPO or brass.
  • Shaft made of AISI 304 steel and steel 45.
  • Maximum liquid temperature: +60 °C.
  • Maximum suction head: 9 meters.

Motor

  • Motor with copper winding for greater efficiency.
  • Built-in thermal protector to prevent overheating.
  • Maximum liquid operating temperature: +40 °C.
  • Maximum ambient temperature: +40 °C.

Installation recommendations
The shallow well pump should be installed in a dry, ventilated and level place, which facilitates maintenance and protects against freezing temperatures. It is recommended to be fixed on a solid base, preferably concrete, and to have an efficient drainage system.

Operating warnings
The pump should not be operated without first priming with water, as this may cause irreversible damage to the seals and impeller. Before start-up, be sure to completely fill the pump chamber and inlet pipe with clean water.
